Rescheduling sessions?

Of course, I understand that unexpected Circumstances can happen. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me by email within 48 hours of the date of your photoshoot. we can then discuss a new date for your shoot.

What if i’m running late to my session?

If you are running late we can adjust the session time. for example, if your session is from 4pm to 4:30pm, and you are 10 minutes late, we can adjust it to 4:10pm to 4:40pm.

i will give you a 30 Minute window, (this time can be extended, it depends if I have another client right after you. and if that is the case we will have to reschedule you)

How long will I have access to my online gallery?

• You will have access to the gallery for 1 month after Receiving the link. it’s advisable to download the entire gallery once it’s available. i’ll also send a reminder before removing the gallery.

What is a retainer fee?

A non-refundable retainer fee is required before the photoshoot. Until the payment is Received, your time slot remains available.

• a retainer fee serves as a non-refundable deposit to secure your session.

• your spot is not Gurenteed until the retainer fee is paid upfront (50% + tax) and the remaining 50% is due on the day of the photoshoot upon completion.

• for example, if your photoshoot is $100, you will pay 50% ($50) upfront and the remaining balance of 50%($50) at the end of the photoshoot.

• the retainer fee is Necessary because when booking a session you are reserving a Specific time and date for you. Last Minute cancellations (7days before your photoshoot) make it challenging to fill your spot with another client.

Payment options?

• I accept payments via credit/debit cards, cash, zelle, cash app.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I am located in Houston, Texas. I will always be willing to travel anywhere if you are wanting to do a photoshoot at a remote location.

Raw/unedited photos

• I do not provide raw/unedited photos.

Prints?

I will be offering print options, from regular photo prints, wall art, albums, and if you are looking for a Specific print option we can Definitely provide what you want.

When and how will i get my photos?

Photo previews with watermarks will be uploaded to an online gallery;  I will provide you with a link  to the gallery within 24  hours. Once you receive the link you will then be able to select the set number of photos based on the package you have chosen.  Want more photos than what your package offers? Check the note below for additional photo prices.

I Will send you sneak peaks of the progress as i am going through my workflow.

Once my process is complete, i will send you a photo album link so you can download your photos.

I will notify you by email and text when the photos are ready for download. Send a Confirmation that you have Received and downloaded your photos.

Can i bring props to the photoshoot?

of course. anything you want to Incorporate into your photoshoot we can Definitely do it.

Can i bring my friends and family to the shoot?

I welcome you bringing companions to your shoot.

Bad weather?

If you are from houston you understand that it can be sunny one moment and come pouring down the next, but rest assured, i will make sure to check the weather predictions 7 days prior to the photoshoot. If the weather is not going to be favorable for the shoot, i will reach out to you to reschedule. i will work with you.
